Do you accept Insurance?

Is there a cancellation fee?

We would greatly appreciate an advance notice of any cancellations or reschedules, but we typically do not charge a cancelation fee. It depends on the situation. When you call to make an appointment, you can ask what this would look like for your specific case.

Are you DHEC compliant?

Yes, we are DHEC compliant. Any new ambulances that we add to our fleet have to be inspected by a DHEC official first, before we consider them operable. We are also required to update our certification yearly. This is not something that all non-emergency transportation services are required to do, but we prefer it that way.
